2024 TAX SEASON INFORMATION

As we are all adjusting to the new post-COVID-19 world, we are taking new measures for the upcoming tax season to best serve you with the safety of our associates and clients in mind. Consequently, we have rented an additional office for the tax season in an effort to minimize any disruption while protecting your safety which remains a priority for us. Lastly, we recommend that everyone wear a face mask in our office. Please see the additional notes section below.

You have the following available options for INCOME TAX SERVICE:​​

We are fully booked this tax season and are unable to accommodate any new walk-ins, appointments, or drop offs. Thank you for your understanding.​​

  • IN-PERSON TAX APPOINTMENTS​​​​

​In-person tax preparation is available on appointment basis. Please note your requested appointment times are not guaranteed. You will receive a confirmation for your requested appointment time. Furthermore, be advised that there may be wait times even if you have an appointment booked with us. Please book at least one day in advance although walk-ins may be available. Note that appointments cannot be made more than 3 weeks in advance.

If you are a new client, you must book an in-person appointment. Please be sure to bring a copy of last year's tax return, your ID, and proof of direct deposit such as a check if you wish to add direct deposit on file.

**Please email for cancellations at least 24 hours ahead of a scheduled appointment. For any other questions about rescheduling or cancellations, please contact us at our email info@goldencapitalelite.com.**

  • DROP-OFF

Collect all of your tax information before dropping off. Make sure you have all of your required

documents for your tax return drop off.​

DOWNLOAD the DROP-OFF FORM and submit with your documents.

You may drop off your documents to our office and our Tax Associates will prepare your returns without you having to wait. You have the following options:

  1. the Tax Associate can prepare your return and call you with ​any questions or go over any questions you may have to complete your return. We will contact you to let you know when the return is complete and you can come in to pay and pick up the return.

  2. the Tax Associate can start reviewing the documents that were dropped off and will contact you to schedule an appointment (in-person or phone interview) to complete the return.

  • MAIL-IN

Returning clients: You may mail in your documents to our office and our Tax Associates will prepare your returns. The Tax Associate can prepare your return and call you with any questions needed to complete your return. We will contact you to let you know when the return is complete and you can come in to pay and pick up the return. You may request to have the completed return mailed to you or a pdf copy of the completed return for an additional charge.​

New clients: If you are a new client, you must book an in-person appointment. Please be sure to bring a copy of last year's tax return, your ID, and proof of direct deposit such as a check if you wish to add direct deposit on file.

  • E-MAIL

Clients can upload tax documents. Submitting your forms, however, does not guarantee completion of your tax return. You will receive an email with more information on whether your tax return is eligible for online completion. Please note tax preparation via E-Mail may require longer processing times and additional fees may apply.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

When you send us your paperwork via mail or drop off at our office for tax preparation, please download and complete the DROP-OFF WORKSHEET and submit the form with your paperwork.

Currently, the 2024 tax deadline date is set for April 15, 2024. Our cutoff date to receive paperwork to guarantee completion by the deadline is March 25, 2024. Email submissions are not accepted.

Beginning February 1, 2024, we will be open 7 days a week.

Please note that beginning April 16, 2024, Golden Capital Elite, Inc. will be closed on weekends.
